But the clinical care, which is what patients need has a lot to be desired. Particularly the Director of Nursing.
The staff seem to care about the residents and they seem to be well staffed. I chose this community because after visiting several others, I liked this one the best and... I have been very satisfied with the care my loved one has been received. The friendliness and support of the resident needs stands out to me. They take the care personally for the residents. I would say the activities that they have is what really sticks out about MorningStar of Happy Valley.
